my machine cover

I decided to take up the challenge over at Jennies Blog http://elefantz.blogspot.com/2009/08/little-green-visitor-sneak-peek-and.html
to make a sewing machine cover you need to make a cover in august to be in the draw for a prize:}
so today I had some time and had a play around with some chenille and a vintage doily
I have added a pocket to the front and one on the side to keep the foot and book in
I think I need to play around with the fit a bit more But I am happy with how it looks
I hope you are all doing something fun
hugs Beth

Great cover Beth. The pocket would come in handy to put the machine manual in. I really like it. Good Luck in the drawing.

Hi Beth,
I was going to include a pocket too but I ran out of time... I looove chenille. I actually finally made myself a quilt for snuggling up on the lounge and I backed it with chenille. It so yummy and cozy!
Good luck in the comp.
Hugs Paula
