Quilting

Hi all
I am soooo happy I have quilted a quilt on my machine and my computer is fixed so I can now show you all pics Here I am hard at it this was so exciting I just played around and found what worked for me

here is a pic of the quilt on the frame

I have finished it and it is now on my bed

it is only a single bed size but you have to sleep under all of your quilts dont you

I was so happy with how it turned out I know I still have heaps to learn but for my first one I think I did a good job

ok I will e of now

I hope to load another quilt this week wish me luck

oh dear

Oh dear what will I do
the boys are all fishing the girls are playing quietly in the bedroom so I think I will start some stitching
everything is going well until I go to get my cotton and nooooooooo I dont have the colour I want and all the shops are closed I think i have every other colour it is soo frustrating oh well never mind I will just start the stitching part tomorrow .

ok I am going to find another project to work on something quiet I dont want to wake little miss 4 months old from her nap just yet

At the park

On sunday arvo we went for a walk in Queens park
this isonw of the paths in the park after walking around the park we walked home passing the statue of Mary poppins here is a little info and the pic of her

I love that this park is only down my street

I have been sewing but not craft I made Lily some pants I did not get any pics but I will get back to craft again soon

My Brother and his girls are coming down for Easter so it will be a full house he is a single dad with 4 beautiful daugthers the baby is only 4 months old so I get to have heaps of hugs

Hi everyone
well I have been sewing yay
I am making DS Brendan a new Quilt his last one was loved to death LOL
he wants Black and Blue so that is what he will get
I started to cut and sew the blocks today it is a Jacobs Ladder I think it will look good when it is finished
first block

and here is the Table runner I am making all I need to do now is sew the binding down

Yay

I am happy with how this worked out

so there you go I did have a good weekend sewing
